A letter from Jennifer Prusa, Executive Director
Dear Friends,
I’m writing to share that I will be stepping down as Executive Director of Journey to Bethany on October 1, 2025. This decision comes after much reflection, as I feel called to make space for other personal and professional commitments—including spending more time with my parents in Mississippi.
It’s been an honor to help launch and lead Journey to Bethany. I believe I’ve given the best of my energy and gifts to the early stages of this mission, and now it’s time for new leadership to bring fresh vision and momentum. I also hold the conviction that no organization should rest on the shoulders of one person—true sustainability comes through shared ownership and evolving leadership.
We’ve begun the search for my successor and would be so grateful for your help. The job description is available on LinkedIn. If someone comes to mind who might be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to share the opportunity—or send them our way. This is a unique role, and we know that strong referrals will be key to finding the right person.
Thank you for the many ways you’ve supported Journey to Bethany and me personally. It’s been a joy and an honor to walk this path with you.
With gratitude,
Jennifer Prusa
