The group will meet on Zoom. You may have your camera on or off, whatever works best for you. Together the group will create a confidential, safe space, where they can find support and community with others with shared experiences. Two facilitators will be present, and you may share or contribute as much or as little as is comfortable for you. Survivors have found conversation with other survivors to be helpful, hopeful, and validating.

WHAT TO EXPECT
TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE WORKBOOK
Healing Sexual Trauma Workbook
By Erika Shershun
Drawing on the powerful mind-body techniques of somatic therapy, The Healing Sexual Trauma Workbook is a step-by-step guide to overcoming the psychological effects of sexual trauma, and increasing positive body awareness and vitality.
The book will be provided for you and shipped to your address along with a journal prior to the first meeting.
WHO FACILITATES THE GROUP?
Our Survivor Community Manager, Whitney True-Francis, and a volunteer therapist facilitate the gatherings. A picture and biography will be available for both prior to the first session for your review. We will also email a more detailed description of what to expect, a rubric of sorts, prior to the first session.
Whitney is available to meet over zoom or the telephone to answer any questions you may have prior to the first session or at any time during the six-week session
