May Community Conversation
We’ve had a very active month in April recognizing Child Abuse Prevention and Sexual Assault Awareness month. At May’s Community Conversation we welcome those of you who may have learned about us recently through these activities.
Survivors, those who support survivors, those who want to get involved, and anyone in search of healing are invited to join us on Zoom. We’ll take time to introduce ourselves to one another, talk about our individual and collective needs for healing, share Journey to Bethany’s options and resources, and listen to your thoughts and ideas. You are invited to share as little or as much as you would like to.
At Journey to Bethany’s Community Conversations people are finding others who feel the same way – others who have experienced abuse. Others who are angry with the injustice. They also find people who care, people who want to help.
Community Conversations are usually held the first Monday of the month; we have changed to the second Monday for May.
We kindly request that you RSVP for this online event; we will send the Zoom link a few days prior. Your RSVP helps us to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
